The primary socket color can be changed via a currency item. Items will get a fixed amount of primary sockets based on their item class rather than a randomized amount. Similary sometimes my 6-linked Spark costs 2 mana (as it is supposed to be) and entering a map it jumps to something like 43 mana per cast.

Sometimes I can reserve all of my auras (dropped one of them after the patch since the reservation mastery is gone), sometimes game deactivates 2 of them right after login on entering hideout. Since the drop of 3.19 I got random bugs on my mana reserving auras and mana cost of skills.
